Ai Collaborative is proud to be members of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and supporters of Green Building and LEED.  We have several people that are LEED Accredited Professionals and have been involved in Green Building design workshops and presentations.

With our experience in sustainability with US Green Building Council (USGBC) and with the LEED rating system,   Ai Collaborative creates value for our clients using environmentally responsible design.

We embrace all of our projects.  How we design them for our clients within their budget level is our responsibility.  We take this responsibility seriously.  Our people are passionate by the opportunity to design environmentally friendly buildings for our clients.  We want to create buildings that can promote healthy living and improve performance measures- and by not being wasteful.

What is a Green Building anyway?

“Green Building” refers to the design, construction and daily operations of buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to work and live.

What is LEED?

LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
